性 狀: 淡黃色粉末(顆粒)，微臭，有苦味，無(wú)毒，比重1.42-1.52，熔點(diǎn)170℃以上，易溶于乙酸乙酯、丙酮、氫氧化鈉及碳酸鈉的稀溶液中，溶于乙醇，不易溶于苯，不溶于水和汽油。貯存穩(wěn)定。呈粉塵時(shí)，爆炸下限為21g/m3。
Properties: It is light yellow powder (granule) with a
little osmyl and taste bitter. The density is 1.42-1.52.Melting
point above 170℃.Easily
soluble in ethyl acetate, ethanol, solution of NaOH and
Na2C03, insoluble in benzene, water and
gasoline. Good storage stability, lower explosion limit is
21g/m3
用 途:主要用于IR、NR、SBR、NBR、IIR與EPOM體系，目前為一種主要的酸性硫化劑，具有中等硫化速度，與其它硫化劑DM和TMTD等堿性硫化劑并用可以達(dá)到更高的活性。其硫化溫度低，在橡膠中易分散、不污染，主要用于制造輪胎、膠帶、膠鞋和其它工業(yè)橡膠制品，但不能用做食品材料。
Application: Used as an acid accelerator currently and secondary vulcanization rate accelerator. Imparts excellent aging properties when used in combination with DM, TMTD and many other basic accelerators for higher activity. Its vulcanized temperature is low and easily be dispersed with lower pollution. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, foot wear rubber belts and hoses etc.
包 裝:25公斤塑編袋、紙塑復(fù)合袋、牛皮紙袋，或集裝塑編袋。
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper plastic compound bag, Kraft paper bag or jumbo bag.
儲(chǔ) 存:應(yīng)貯存在陰涼干燥、通風(fēng)良好的地方。包裝好的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)避免陽(yáng)光直射,有效期2年。Storage: Keep in a cool dry, well-ventilated place. The recommended storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
